How It Works
This is 8 weeks of strategic design applied to your life. The process is reflective, structured, and iterative. It centers on creative confidence — the ability to trust that process and step into what feels unknown.
The program integrates techniques from:
Design thinking to structure discovery and iteration
Method acting to align intellect with intuition
Brand storytelling to craft an inspiring and purposeful narrative
Action planning to turn thinking into doing, with practice
Each week includes:
A live salon for sharing insights and accountability
Weekly reflection prompt packs
Online community discussion space
Dedicated 1:1 sessions with Sunaina (every other week)
Accomplished leaders as guest speakers (in select sessions)

An intimate cohort. Limited to 6 women.
8 weeks, 9 live salons & 4 1:1 sessions
3-5 hours per week time commitment
Post-program accountability follow-ups
Optional coworking studio sessions
