I'm a proud alum of DYN Strategic Cohort 2 and am filled with gratitude and forward momentum. I joined alongside five incredibly accomplished women, each of us coming in with strong backgrounds and a shared question: what’s next? Not in a vague sense, but in a real, grounded, “how do I move forward with intention” kind of way. For me, that answer centered on growing SD Design Trek to new heights and getting sharper about the why behind it.

There’s something special about looking back at our screenshots from day one to our final session. It all started with an early morning call while I was on a Big Bear family trip. I was a bit frazzled, not quite knowing what I was getting myself into, but trusted my gut that I needed this for myself. In 8 weeks' time, I went from figuring it out in real time to moving forward with clarity, and most importantly, an actionable plan. Because after all, clarity without action is just theory.

A huge thank you to Sunaina for the way she designed and led this experience. You have a rare ability to listen deeply, synthesize quickly, and guide with both clarity and care. The level of thought and attention you gave each of us is something I don’t often see in programs like this and is a key differentiator. I’ve found myself referencing your beautiful frameworks and your approach often these past couple months. There’s something really powerful about being both precise and human in how you help people uncover their direction.

I now have a clearer understanding of my purpose, the energy I need to move forward, and how to actually activate it. Grateful to have been part of this cohort and to be on this journey alongside such thoughtful, driven women. Excited for what’s ahead!!
